A spectacularly aged rum from Appleton Estate. This expression is made from carefully selected casks that have enjoyed a tropical maturation for a minimum of 21 years. Beautifully balanced, and with plenty of character and complex spice, this silky Jamaican rum is one to sip and savour.
Nutty and rich. Vanilla, marmalade, chocolate and pepper.

Quite possibly the best of the older aged rums, the Appleton 21 is like the 12 Year Old but more complex in texture and flavor and maybe a bit gentler due to its age. Really quite wonderful! I bought 3 bottles and nearly down to my last one. It is thick it is sweet with all the rum flavors you enjoy times three. It's eminently drinkable and you can't just have one dram you'll want a few. Get a bottle you will never regret it and you'll want more!
