Criollo cocoa nibs, chipotle chillies and jalapeño chillies join the original Rumbullion! medley of Caribbean rum, Madagascan vanilla, orange peel, cassia, clove and cardamom, resulting in an indulgent and spicy flavour profile. Excellent served over ice, and it makes some marvellous cocktails too. Also, we reckon it'll be stunning as a winter warmer splashed in a hot chocolate...
Intense bittersweet dark chocolate leads with coffee beans, nutmeg, red cola cubes and orange zest in support. Earthy red chilli warmth emerges underneath and is balanced by creamy vanilla.
Black Forest gateau, drying cocoa and more thick slabs of dark chocolate are at the core, with gingerbread, cherry cola and hints of aniseed and clove in the back-drop.

A little too strong for me but liked the bit of heat from chilli
Utterly amazing……..I’m a rum connoisseur and it takes a special one to catch my attention-ordered a bottle of this yesterday, it arrived today, I’ve had a glass…….and subsequently ordered two more as I saw it was limited release!! The chilli and chocolate are not overpowering but work perfectly on the palate……it’s very strong and smooth, probably a bit too much as I could easily sit and consume a bottle in a good session if I wasn’t careful ?????? Got to say that the delivery service was insane-from order to delivery in under 18 hours ??
As someone who partakes of more chilli, chocolate and rum than maybe i should do, I could'nt resist first buying this a few years ago, and have to say it's good stuff for a change. I would'nt drink it all night, just have the odd glass neat with maybe a smidge of water, as it does have a noticable taste of all three main ingredients, but it's not overpowering to the point of it being too much
Sampled this and now GUTTED I can’t order a bottle! It is smooth, but not sweet and it PUNCHES with the chilli! Came straight on to order a bottle and just so sad I can’t order....
