Fair use policy

• Your subscription to the Master of Malt Prime express delivery service is valid for a year from when you buy it.
• Unless cancelled before the end of the relevant subscription year, the subscription will automatically renew for another year at the end of the annual subscription period.
• The subscription includes free express delivery for any order placed on masterofmalt.com during the validity of the subscription period.
• To qualify for express delivery, All orders must be received before our last order cut off on the day of ordering (Monday – Friday before 9.30pm, Saturday before 3pm, and Sunday 2.30pm).
• Master of Malt Prime is only available for deliveries to UK addresses, excluding addresses in the Channel Islands.
• Each subscription is only for your own personal use through your individual Master of Malt account. Subscriptions can’t be shared with other users or account holders.
• No minimum number of orders, or indeed maximum number!
• Not available to Master of Malt Trade or commercial customers as this is for private consumer use only!
• Not available to Atom employees or employees of any affiliated companies which may also get discounted rates.
• This service cannot be used without a Master of Malt account. The service is not transferable between accounts or between people.
• You can cancel your Master of Malt Prime delivery service subscription at any time, but you will not be refunded the membership fee for the existing year of the service if you have already placed an order using the service during that subscription year. If you are not refunded for this reason, you will continue to be able to enjoy the benefits of the service for the remainder of your one-year subscription.
• Pro-rated refunds of subscription fees or refunds on unused postage are not available (for obvious reasons).
• We reserve the right to cancel anyone’s membership at any time if we consider that they have been misusing the service or not following either the spirit or the letter of these terms and conditions. If we do cancel your membership, you will be refunded your subscription fee for that subscription year.
• We reserve the right to change the subscription price of the service at any time (if you have already paid for a membership, you won’t be charged the new rate until your next subscription year and you will be notified of any changes to prices in advance of being charged).
• These terms are subject to change at any time.
• In the event we offer a trial Master of Malt Prime subscription at a discounted price, the following applies:

○ your offer to redeem a trial Master of Malt Prime subscription at a discounted price may be subject to time limits;

○ you will be charged the discounted price as communicated to you;

○ the trial subscription period will be a shorter period (e.g. 30 days) as communicated to you;

○ unless cancelled prior to the end of the trial subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew to a beta or full version of the Master of Malt Prime subscription for a 12-month subscription period; and

○ unless cancelled before the end of the relevant subscription period, the beta or full version of Master of Malt Prime subscription will automatically renew for another year.

• Master of Malt Prime subscription is a ‘beta’ service that may be cancelled by us at any time for any reason. If we cancel your subscription, we will refund you in full for that subscription year at the time of cancellation, even if you have placed orders with us already and have benefited from the free delivery. If we continue to a full version of the service, we will transfer your service to the full version of the service for the remainder of the subscription year at the time of transfer. Thereafter, your subscription will automatically be renewed on the anniversary of your subscription unless you cancel it beforehand.
