The Collector Reserve ruby port expression from Ramos Pinto is made with a blend of aged wines and bottled without filtration. Warming and quite intense, with plenty of strength behind its flavour profile which is packed with dark fruits. Pairs well with dark chocolate desserts and cheese (not on the same plate, obviously).
