Balmenach 15 Year Old - Badly Drawn Dogs
This 15-year-old Balmenach single malt sat patiently in a refill hogshead before joining the Badly Drawn Dogs collection. The label stars Diana, a lively English Springer Spaniel brought to life by our resident doodler, Cal. Each bottle supports Battersea Dogs & Cats Home and Dogs Trust. Good whisky doing good things.
Tasting notes
Nose: Big and malty, with jam tarts, summer berries, and liquorice laces.
Palate: Vanilla fudge, buttery shortbread, and sweet, warming notes of spiced biscuits, with gentle oak developing in time.
Finish: Buttery pastries, cinnamon, and nutmeg linger, with a hint of creamy hot chocolate on the tail.
Hacien Coffee Tequila Blanco
Hacien combines its crisp, 100% agave Blanco Tequila and rich, roasted coffee in one seriously stylish sip. Forget the syrupy coffee liqueurs; this keeps things bright, balanced, and beautifully aromatic. Smooth agave meets dark espresso, with a gentle sweetness that never overstays its welcome. Sip it neat, lengthen with tonic, or shake it up in a caffeinated cocktail twist.

Nose: Fresh-roasted coffee beans, agave sweetness, and hints of cocoa.
Palate: Silky espresso, vanilla, and a whisper of peppery spice.
Finish: Clean and dry with lingering roasted coffee and citrus zest.
Toki Black
Toki Black is a richer, smokier take on the House of Suntory’s modern classic. Peated malt from Hakushu adds earthy depth, balanced by rare Hakushu grain and whisky from Yamazaki and Chita. Bottled at 43% ABV, it's a smooth, subtly smoky Japanese blend that brings a new dimension to the Toki name.
Tasting notes
Nose: Baked apple, oregano and honeysuckle.
Palate: Butterscotch sweetness with complex notes of clove, cinnamon, lavender and toasted rosemary.
Finish: A sweet finish with white pepper, ginger and a gentle lingering smokiness.
