The people behind The Pickle House, however, went one step further and created their own pickle juice recipe specifically made for cocktails (and smoothies, if you enjoy those too)! It's infused with sliced cucumbers and a selection of spices for six months, making for a brilliantly full-flavoured pickle juice.
