Colonsay Gin - Bramble Liqueur
A wonderful berry-based liqueur from Wild Thyme Spirits, built around the excellent Colonsay Gin. Produced on the Isle of Colonsay, this stuff goes brilliantly with sparkling wine, but can also be enjoyed simple over ice with a few fresh blackberries thrown in for good measure.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Juicy blackcurrant and apple, with a touch of strawberry sneaking in. Well balanced by drying juniper and spicy coriander.
