POLAR took inspiration from the Berlin party scene to create this Peppermint Ice Liqueur. Made in the UK with a base of sugar beet spirit, naturally flavoured with peppermint, its softly sweet, fresh, herbaceous profile ought to add an interesting lift to cocktails (Peppermint Chocolate Martini, anyone?), or sip ice cold and neat.
Purchased this as a treat after finishing dry January - great for taking to a party!
I was really impressed with this. It's super clean. I love it with elderflower and soda in a spritz and my friends loved it.
