Realm of the Unicorn is a particularly sweet gin-based liqueur from Manchester's Zymurgorium, flavoured to taste like marshmallow alongside classic juniper-y goodness. This glittery liqueur adds a delightful shimmer to cocktails, which is fun.
It does indeed taste like marshmallow! Quite sugary, though juniper does give it a bit of spicy balance.

I tried this in a weatherspoons pub and immediately regretted it because it was so nice and way too easy to drink. I didn't realise it shimmered until I gave it a stir and after that I liked it even more. I shared it online with a little Harry Potter tune and everyone keeps asking me about it. Safe to say I found my Christmas drink. Haha!
