It's Stirling's Red Cap Raspberry Gin Liqueur, now bottled at 25% ABV! It's made with a base of its very own Stirling Gin, which is then macerated with locally-sourced raspberries for up to 10 days. The name comes from the mythological Red Cap goblin, an evil little fella who is said to live in ruined castles, and soaks his cap in the blood of his victims. Charming!
A whack of juicy raspberry fruitiness, tempered by a little juniper, leafy herbs, and citrus.
