This fruity gin liqueur from Stirling is made with a base of its very own Stirling Gin, which is macerated with locally-sourced raspberries for up to 10 days. It's named after the mythological Red Cap goblin, an evil little fella who is said to live in ruined castles, and soaks his cap in the blood of his victims. Sounds like a stand up guy.
