A 26% ABV offering of Green Lady liqueur from Stirling. This fruity, herbal gin liqueur is named after one of Mary Queen of Scots' ladies in waiting who is said to haunt Stirling Castle. A base of Stirling Gin is macerated with locally-sourced brambles and mint for 10 days, with a dash of sugar added before bottling. Just the thing you'll want to pair with a splash of tonic.
