Named after one of Mary Queen of Scots' ladies in waiting who is said to haunt Stirling Castle, this is a 24% ABV bottling of Green Lady – a fruity, herbal gin liqueur from Stirling. A base of Stirling Gin is macerated with locally-sourced brambles and mint for 10 days. A dash of sugar is added before it's bottled up – just the thing you'll want to pair with a splash of tonic.
Jammy bramble fruit, bright citrus, juniper, and refreshing mint.
