Meikles of Scotland
Stag's Breath is a Scotch whisky liqueur made with malt whisky from Speyside. Flavoured with fermented honey.

we had this as a taster whilst on a recent visit to Edinburth which of course included the castle. Could not resist buying a bottle. So smooth, worth every penny.
the best Scotch Liqueur I have had the privilege to taste, (and drink) smooth going down, and a very nice warmth glowing inside of you. So glad you are now able to ship to the U.S. Discovered it at a small tasting at Edinburgh Castle. Bought a wee dram but drank it before we left Scotland!
My Great Aunt brought us a small bottle when she came to visit us in Australia in 2001. We hunted every where for it to no avail. Last year on our trip back to Europe we found it in Skipton and were so happy that we bought 2 bottles thinking they were the same size as the one we had years ago with lots of packaging. We were then travelling all over Europe for 5 weeks complete with 2 very heavy bottles but well wroth it!
One of the best liqueurs I have ever tasted. My friends in South Africa also rave about it Really smooth & light
I first discovered Stags Breath when I was in the 82nd Airborne stationed at Ft. Bragg back in '96. One of my friends had just returned from a tour in the UK. We were at an SCA fighters tournament sitting around a camp fire when Randy pulled out his last bottle of Whisky. Everyone one of us at that camp fire was asking the question "That is F***ing awesome, where can we get more?" Randy's response was very short "Newtonmore, Highland Region" After some bickering Randy explained that the Scotch was not exported out of the Scottish town of Newtonmore it was made in. We then began a campaign to acquire more. From 1996-2012 anytime we had a friend in transit through the UK we forced them to make a trip to Newtonmore and pick up as much Stags Breath as they could transport back to the US. I am glad to see they have expanded the operation and are now exporting.
