This here is Selkie Blush Pink Liqueur, made with Scottish strawberries, jasmine pearls and Italian bergamot, made at the Old Poison Distillery in Edinburgh. Most definitely no poison here though, just delicious fruity gin liqueur goodness. Enjoy either on the rocks or with a splash of tonic, though definitely make sure you have some fresh strawberries to hand for garnish.
Juicy sweet strawberries balanced by bittersweet citrus and fragrant jasmine, with a hint of piney juniper in the background.
Tasted at juniper festival 2019... just one world AMAZING!!! What a combination of flavour, something definitely special for a liqueur. Highly recommend!!!
