From Riverside Spirits comes an Apple & Cinnamon Whisky Liqueur, which sounds like exactly that sort of thing you'd want if you were making a cocktail that you wanted to taste like an apple pie. Sounds like a pretty good idea, if you ask us. Enjoyably sweet, with enough spiciness from the cinnamon and whisky to keep it balanced.
