The return of the Old Pulteney whisky liqueur! It's been revived and rejuvenated as the Old Pulteney Stroma, named after a Scottish island just off the North East coast where the Pulteney distillery resides. The island's name originates from the Norse phrase "island in the stream", in reference to the notably dangerous waters surrounding it, which is alluded to in the Stroma's beautiful windswept packaging.
Old Pulteney's Stroma has been bottled at a higher strength than their previous whisky liqueur. It is made with a blend of whiskies from the maritime distillery's selection, resulting in a sweet, robust liqueur. Served over ice, it's an excellent drink that's perfect to sip while broodingly staring out into the ocean.

Dangerous liqueur! Too easy to drink. HA. I love it.....fell in love with it on a tour of Scotland. Wonderful blend of scotch and just enough of the sweet!.
FRIGGIN GREAT sipping liqueur. I was in Scotland this past summer and bought some Stroma and fell in love with it! Cheers to those who make this great spirit drink.
Fell in love with this on my first visit to Scotland. I'm buying 6 bottles at a time!
bought in Oban while on holiday early in the year. I started with a virus and found Stroma, a mild whisky, with that sweet taste. I'm not a Whisky person, But this liqueur is Delicate, coating your throat on the way down, Must say it was pleasure to sip, and aided my recovery
First time ive tasted this. Not a big whisky drinker but absolutly love this with a few ice cubes. Its sweet honey taste gives off a warm feeling as it goes down the throat too. Would highly recommend anyone to try this tipple.
