A delightful gin liqueur from the Poetic Licence distillery in Sunderland, made in the team’s 500-litre hybrid still (named Gracie!) and using Poetic License Old Tom Gin as a base.
Syrupy sweet throughout with a faint Himalayan sea salt bite. Apple strudels dominate the palate, followed by a succulent soft toffee finish.
It’s beautiful I have friends that don’t drink Gin but they think it’s such a great taste that they couldn’t believe it was a Gin
Tried this at the poetic licence bar and it is truly something sweet. Perfect with a touch of lemonade and garnished with fresh sweet apple. Will be investing in a bottle for sure.
