Absolute beaut of a cassis, blackcurrants are infused for a period of 3 months apparently and it shows in the taste and especially the vibrant purple colour. Incredible as the basis for a Kir Royal, the classic french cassis' should be worried
I've had creme de cassis from the supermarket so I did think this was slightly pricey.... actually no its not!!! This is absolutely the opposite of the sickly sweet mainstream products. It is so tart and sweet and can easily be drunk over ice (in fact I finished my first bottle the same weekend I got it). I've recommended to friends who all love it. Treat yourself and I promise you will love this.
