All the way from Tel Aviv comes this delicious Roots Herbal Liqueur from the Milk & Honey distillery. The herb liqueur was created in honour of Israel's 70th anniversary. Seven creative, diverse individuals were asked to choose a unique botanical that represented the essence and spirit of Israel to them, and the final list comprised almonds, coriander, jasmine, tarragon, thyme, savory and cardamom. This is truly an unusual blend.
A marriage of sweet and spicy, with notes of freshly cut herbs and a hit of aromatic cardamom.
Due to the unique taste , my first taste was I did not like it at all. But as I had a bottle of it, the next day I decided to persevere, and I love it now. it just take a few sips for the taste buds to adjust. I would suggest bypassing the sample bottle and appropriating the full size. Unique and very special and always one in my cabinet

Was so looking forward to this from the details. Bought 2 samples. So glad I did as it was awful. The smell was similar to antiseptic and the begrudging tasting by myself and my husband needed the quick addition of something to take the awful taste of some kind of medical concoction away. Harsh, almost aniseed aroma and taste. No sweetness and the words milk and honey are really poorly used. This engenders thoughts of how it will be and whilst yes it us the brand, hugely mispreprents what is in the bottle. Seven botanicals chosen? Should have been seven different ones.
Unfortunately it's very very good. Unfortunately it only comes in a 50cl bottle
