A Finnish cloudberry liqueur from the Lapponia range, made with handpicked berries from the Arctic areas of Finland. It's not a flavour you come across every day, though it's definitely one that we wouldn't mind finding its way into the spotlight more often!
Love it. My grandfather used to drink it and now my friends all ask for it.
I bought this whilst in Sweden and it is absolutely delicious! I can't really describe it as its a very unique flavour. It's sweeter than a cranberry, more subtle than a raspberry but is a wonderful addition to a cocktail bar. Finnish favourites include "Cloud Walker" and "Call of the snow fields" which are as dangerous as they are delicious! This fruit almost has a toffee edge to it and works very well in prosecco or mixed with pressed apple juice.
