Naturally made and beautifully rich tasting coconut flavoured rum from Kingston, Jamaica. Koko Kanu is named in honour of Jamaica's Arawak Indians.
Top stuff a lot better than Malibu giving its soooo easy to drink and its just under 40% . Good with pineapple juice, good with coke, good on its own with ice, good in cocktails. all in all id say its very effing good!
Barman suggested I try this when Malibu was not available. I love it, not too sickly sweet even drank with coke. Am a convert.
A must for my drinks cabinet! I have always been a rum fan and first tasted Koko Kanu at our local Rum festival. Me and my husband tried a sample and then brought some around for our friends. Eventually I went and bought a cocktail. It got a 5 star rating at the time on my Rum Atlas but since I have had the bottle at home, it needs 10 stars!! I love the fact that it is so adaptable, have it with pineapple juice or just with some ice and cinnamon on its own! Yum yum! It's a must add to my cabinet and don't think I will be considering its competitors. Koko Kanu, I am sold!
I absolutely love this rum! It's much nicer and a bit stronger than Malibu. Works perfectly in summer cocktails but I just discovered on a rainy, slightly cold summer evening how nice it also works in a hot chocolate - definitely one to keep in mind for later in the year!
Fab drink. Tasty & luxurious. Takes me straight to a caribbean beach. Perfect mixed with pineapple or tropical fruit juice. If you were thinking of mixing it with coke I would just buy the inferior in taste Malibu!
