Jim Beam have taken their Bourbon and golden honey, and created this honey whiskey liqueur. This is perfect chilled down with a few cubes of ice!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Classic Bourbon vanilla and caramel with a sweet notes of mead wafting on top.

Palate The palate is syrupy with gorgeous honeyed notes with a Bourbon kick.

Finish Acacia honey and caramel form a short but full-flavoured finish.

Alcoholic syrup
Tried it due to praise, but couldn't drink it mixed nor neat. The furthest I got was with banana-flavoured milk.

Super Mead
I have always been partial to a good mead, Domesday, for example, but this is Mead taken to a new level.

On the rocks or warmed in the winter, when it's -20F and -29C, it can't be beat.
