Jim Beam have taken their Bourbon and golden honey, and created this honey whiskey liqueur. This is perfect chilled down with a few cubes of ice!
Nose: Classic Bourbon vanilla and caramel with a sweet notes of mead wafting on top.
Palate: The palate is syrupy with gorgeous honeyed notes with a Bourbon kick.
Finish: Acacia honey and caramel form a short but full-flavoured finish.
Overall: Bourbon and honey combined, what's not to like?

I have always been partial to a good mead, Domesday, for example, but this is Mead taken to a new level. On the rocks or warmed in the winter, when it's -20F and -29C, it can't be beat.
