If you are a real whiskey drinker you know the rule... it always has a beautiful heat finish. This product makes me wanna use it only for dessert purposes, like to make a cake or to pour over vanilla beam ice cream. Other than that, is not really made for a whiskey straight drink. I confess I've put 100% honey in some of my whiskey drinks. Even coconut water to smooth some down. But when I taste Jack Honey I feel like there's no real honey in it. Is like someone put some raw sugar spoons in with a bunch of spices. I really don't think they use real organic honey for the mix, and if they do, is a 5 or less in percentage, per bottle. I pass it in a shot, dessert or in a mixiology masterpiece, but not as a whiskey, cause it is not one.
