A truly fabulous whiskey liqueur from Jack Daniel's. Jack Daniel's Honey is made with a mix of rich spices and smooth, supple honey. JD Honey is delicious over ice or in coffee.
Caramel and charred oak, a little orange blossom, manuka honey and vanilla.
Thick and creamy with notes of vanilla, toasty oak, honey again, a little apricot too.
Good length - rounded and rich.

The sort of charcoal sweet and gluey taste of JD but with overpowered honey. But to be fair despite even the distiller's own claims it is pretty clear this is for mixing and not drinking on its own. Nice enough with orange juice and ice.
Get a bottle of Drambuie. Better taste and much better value for money. Honestly, this was a big disappointment...
Picked up one of these after reading several recommendations on the web. Must say I am disappointed. It is drinkable but I expected a lot more at this price range. If you want a honeyed whisky taste, you can easily pick up a good bourbon or speyside at this price.
It has a very rich palate and fantastic nose.
Disgusting, overpowering and not a good whiskey whatsoever. Jack Daniel's whilst ok at what it does have created something that will tarnish their name even more. Nose: honey, glue, syrup. Palate: honey, bitter malt, sugary tarmac. Finish: oversweetened honey, syrup. Cannot recommend this whiskey, they should pull it from the market, especially at this price. NB... just noticed that this can't legally be called whiskey... at 35% it is a whiskey liqueur, pointless drink really.
