An Irish whiskey liqueur, Irish Mist is made with whiskey, honey and herbs.
This Irish Mist, which I’ve tried, is not at all like the one we had at my sainted Irish Mother’s house for years. What happened to that yummy, thick, sweet, heavenly “Liquor” in the shorter liquor-type bottle? ?
The Hiram Walker Irish Mist is much better tasting that the brand and the variety that has the words Honey on the label. The Hiram Walker Irish Mist is smoother, can be drunk straight on ice and is not harsh on the pallet. The Honey variety isn't as smooth and it has different ingredients. Does anyone know if the brand by Hiram Walker is not being made? Or is there an embargo which makes it prohibitively expensive to ship? Or is there a trade war with Ireland going on? Seems like no one is selling the Hiram Walker Irish Mist brand. Bring back the original in the decanter bottle. 375 ml.
I liked the original Irish mist in the decanter bottle
It’s ok....but I much prefer the old Irish Mist...please let me know if you have plans to change back.....I purchased the old Irish Mist quite often...the new Irish Mist on a rare occasion....best regards, Craig
I recently purchased a bottle of Irish Mist. It doesn’t seem to taste the way I remember. I will not purchase again.
