A brilliant Rhubarb Liqueur from the Gin Bothy range. Made with rhubarb grown right in the Gin Bothy garden (taking "locally sourced" to its logical conclusion) infused into the cracking Original gin.
Tangy notes of fresh rhubarb, with a touch of blackberry and apple too. Vibrant earthy hints of pine develop underneath.
Too sweet for me.
