Fernet Francisco Manzanilla

Fernet Francisco Manzanilla was created by Fernet Francisco co-founders Max Rudsten and Ben Flajnikto to capitalize on San Francisco's obsession with Fernet Branca and to pay homage to the classic Italian bitter.

The first of its kind to be locally crafted in the Bay Area, this fernet is made with 12 botanicals, such as rhubarb, chamomile, orange peel, bay leaves and mint. They are vapour infused in a core distillate before being blended with select herbal infusions using local grape-based brandy by master distiller Farid Dormishian, a biochemist, winemaker, bartender and distiller with two decades of experience.

Bright herbaceous notes lead among delicate floral elements and soft fruity hints of rhubarb and citrus in a pleasantly bitter fernet.
