A warming rhubarb and ginger liqueur from the chaps at Edinburgh Gin. It captures a fine balance between the intense rush of ginger spice and the evocative, almost nostalgic sweetness of rhubarb, (we all feel nostalgic for rhubarb crumble, right? Delish! Love it with ice and Fever Tree Ginger Ale... beautifully rhubarby with the spiciness of ginger complement each other wonderfully.
This is evocative of childhood sweets (rhubarb and custard boiled sweets to be precise!). Try this with Ginger Ale and you will love it :)
Had it in the U K and. Brought some back to Canada. It had excellent flavour. Mixed it with tonic and Soda Water. Looking to buy some more in Canada

Back label now reads “100% grain neutral spirits” - does it even have any gin in it?!?! Tastes ok but it’s not really what it claims to be?
