Dubai chocolate took the interweb by storm in 2025, and it's a craze we can certainly get on board with. The delicious medley of milk chocolate sandwiching pistachio cream, combined with crispy, shredded filo pastry is hard to resist, but here is something even more up our street – Dubai Chocolate rum liqueur! Silky and decadent, while cleverly balanced, it goes down immensely well simply dashed over a cube of ice, and ought to liven up all manner of cocktails – from twists on an Old Fashioned to Espresso Martinis, and beyond.
Layers of toasty wafer and slightly salted, roasted nuts join biscuit and caramel-studded chocolate. Sweet and nutty, with waves of cocoa butter and vanilla.
