From the Doghouse Distillery in Battersea comes this wonderful Italian style aperitivo liqueur! Intended to be England's answer to some of its better known Italian equivalents – mix with soda, plenty of ice, a slice of orange, and a dash of Prosecco for a refreshing Doppelgänger Aperitivo Spritz!
Sweet aromatic orange and tart rhubarb combine with tangy, acidic citrus, dried roots, and bitter herbs.
My new go to for negronis. Bit less bitterness than campari, but it has a great body and a heap of flavour which makes a really unique negroni
Finally the market has a unique aperitivo??, goes swimmingly with my goto Prosecco .. these guys at Doghouse release winner after winner ..
