Easy to drink, perfect taste

Once I was mixing cocktails for a friend. After some time, I got tired and simply poured her a Per Se on the rocks while she was in the restroom. When she came back and tried it, she said, "Oh! Now I understand why you love making cocktails. This one is perfect!"

Goes down easy

Pleasant, sweet, but a little too easygoing for me. Fruity with just a hint of spice; sort of like if a good white sangria were rendered as a aperitivo. For those who find gentian-based bittersweets too much, but want something to liven up your prosecco a bit, this will do the trick. I'd rather it had more bitterness, but we're not all built the same. This will definitely add interest and a lovely colour to your spritz.
