Carlshamns
A marvellous and thoroughly unusual Swedish liqueur, Carlshamns Flaggpunsch has a distinct aniseed sweetness, and it works well in a variety of cocktails.
According to EU GI and Swedish FDA to be classified as a "Swedish Punsch" it must be produced in Sweden. Carlshamn is produced in Finland and don't need to follow the rules classified in the EU and Swedish regulation.
A lovely cocktail bar additive.
