Rose Rabbit Orange Liqueur
From New Zealand comes Rose Rabbit, an orange liqueur produced at the Cardrona Distillery in Otago. It's crafted by macerating New Zealand oranges in the distillery's unaged single malt spirit, and it's very slightly sweetened before bottling at 47.6% ABV. A delicious balance of malty notes and vibrant citrus, good enough to sip simply over ice.
