While the Bols Creme de Cacao White tastes more like milk chocolate, the Creme de Cacao features is rich, very slightly bitter notes of dark chocolate. Good in cocktails, over ice or even in coffee.
Clearly you've got milk chocolate at the fore, but the background hides little hints of coffee bean, caramel and brown sugar.

4 tablespoons of this go in a batch of home made chocolate ice cream and it really lifts the end result. I also like a little added to coffee. I should mention that I'm a dark chocolate fan though; this may not appeal to milk chocolate afficionados.
