This sweet spirit from Beeble over in Wiltshire is simply made with honey, water and whisky. The folks at Beeble have over 130 sustainable hives, and the spirit is made by blending English apple blossom honey with Scotch whisky, all bottled up at 30% ABV. Should do very well over ice on its own, or paired with ginger beer to balance the sweetness with a dash of spice.
Silky, floral honey sweetness alongside a touch of oak, cinnamon and a touch of dried fruit.
A beautiful honey whisky blend that really took me by surprise. Very well balanced considering the sweetness which takes the edge off a bit. YUM
