
Willy’s Kombucha Beer is an alcohol free tipple brewed by those Chase folks in Herefordshire, with ingredients also sourced from Herefordshire wherever possible. The base brew is made up of only four ingredients: water, Japanese Sencha green tea, cane sugar and a starter culture called a SCOBY (which stands for symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast, to get sciencey). For this Hemp & Hop expression, the base brew has been infused with hemp tea, for an added grassy, earthy note.
Rich hoppy notes, with earthy hemp and a dry and grassy finish from the tea.
