A rather sweet (though well-balanced) and contemporary jenever from long-running Dutch producers, Hooghoudt. For botanicals, they use a combination of juniper, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar and grapefruit.
Christmas-y! Caramel and cinnamon up front, with layers of soft vanilla and Sherried citrus peels underneath.
