Highland Park Between You and I is a limited edition 17-year-old single malt created with food artist Laila Gohar. Master whisky maker Marc Watson sampled more than 80 casks before selecting the whisky, which spent 11 years in refill casks followed by six years in new American oak. Expect vibrant citrus, spice and creamy vanilla to the whisky, alongside notes of orange blossom and leather. Bottled at 47.5% ABV and presented at its natural colour.

A conversation in flavour

Inspired by Gohar’s Egyptian roots, the active oak brings bold flavours, while the presentation draws on the places they evoked for Gohar, from a Cairo museum and sun-soaked Andalusian patios to the slopes of a tropical volcano.

Highland Park 16 Year Old Between You and I was aged in virgin Swedish oak, a first for the distillery, as well as sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and bourbon casks. Frantzén explored his personal tasting notes and what the whisky evokes for him to help shape this unique new single malt.
