A team-up with the best Swedish Chef outside of Sesame Street has led to something special.

Highland Park x Björn Frantzén

Highland Park Between You and I is a new single malt Scotch whisky that showcases the unique influence of virgin Swedish oak casks.

We all know Highland Park loves a good bit of Scandi culture, but it’s taken that adoration further by pairing up with the one and only Björn Frantzén. The chef and restaurateur is currently the only chef in the world in charge of three separate restaurants with three Michelin stars each.

Frantzén is renowned for his creative culinary mind and selection of the highest quality ingredients. You can understand why Highland Park wanted to work with him.

The whisky spent 16 years maturing in virgin Swedish oak (a first for Highland Park), sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and bourbon casks. An uncommon, extractive wood, it imparts dense layers of vanilla, aromatic spice, and woody tannins.
