This special Grappa was crafted from Nebbiolo marc from grapes picked fresh during the harvest and selected by Sibona. It was then distilled in copper pot stills and aged initially for a long two years in medium-capacity oak barrels and then in Port barrels for an additional two years.
Ripe forest fruits and vanilla.
