Italy
One of the selection of Bruno Pilzer single-variety grappa - this one has been distilled using the pomace from the Nosiola grape. Some say that the name of the grape comes from the Italian word for hazelnut, potentially because of the hazelnut-like aromas Nosiola wine possesses. Not much of that here, though - this grappa is more about the refined floral notes of the grape!
Very floral, this one. Big bunches of fresh flowers, with a touch of juicy, refreshing grape at its core.
