Zafiro
Zafiro Gin Classic comes to us all the way from Spain, and features a traditional flavour profile built around the brilliance of juniper. Alongside the ever-present junipery deliciousness, you'll find notes of fresh lemon and fragrant florals, making this a tasty choice for summer cocktails and mixed drinks.
Crisp juniper sits up front, with touches of lemon zest and vanilla blossom underneath. Subtle minty spiciness builds later on.
This has to be my favourite gin it’s no too potent, it’s smooth and lovely with any mixer, and doesn’t make you feel bad the next day. It’s not available in most shops in my area apart from one and usually out of stock so I was happy to find it here.
