A London Dry gin from the folks at Yorkshire Dales Distillery. This stuff distilled not once, not twice, but four times! It features select Yorkshire botanicals, including artisan local honey. A delightful tipple to enjoy in a classic G&T.
Orange blossom and sweet notes of spice, with cardamom and smooth citrus with a balanced peppery juniper finish.
The cardamon and honey that comes through really reminds me of baklava! It's pushing the boundaries for the classification of a london dry IMO... but it keeps me coming back, and I think this is actually better than their army strength one (which lacks personality in comparison)
