YD Bramble Berry Gin
From the Yorkshire Dales Distillery comes this fun and fruity expression, it's Bramble Berry Gin! It takes a base of gin, and, rather unsurprisingly, infuses it with brambleberries, also known as blackberries. The result is a jammy, creamy spirit which should do very well either with tonic or perhaps in warmer seasonal cocktails. Bramble Berry Gin Hot Toddy anyone?
