Wyrd Dry Gin comes to us from the New Forest, and features the likes of juniper, orange lemon, grapefruit, cardamom, cassia, cubeb, angelica, and liquorice root. After macerating for 15 hours, the spirit is distilled in a Portuguese alembic still (though a few of the more delicate botanicals are vacuum distilled, to ensure their deliciousness makes its way into the gin). The result is enjoyably herbaceous and zesty, and rather great in a Negroni.
Angelica and citrus florals, backed up by spiciness of cubeb, cassia, and peppery juniper.

Amazing taste - highly recommend the tour too. Very smooth with hint of citrus and liquorice.
