A very handsome Spanish gin here, produced by Wint & Lila. This London Dry Gin features a selection of 10 botanicals, including juniper, orange, lemon, lime, orange blossom, cinnamon, mint, coriander, angelica and angelica root. The spirit itself is five-times distilled, and produced using bain-marie stills.
Citrus dominates the palate, with flashes of spicy juniper and sweet mint playing their part well.
Nice, gentle gin. Orange peel and orange blossoms are well balanced with the juniper. One of the best gins I have ever had.
A really pleasant easy siping spanish gin. A bit softer than Gin Mare, but somewhat same style, but I personally find this one more to my tasting. Lots of citrus, orange blossoms, soft herbal and juniper - if you go G&T, choice a tonic that are not to citrus tasting or the citrus will dominate completely. A really good summer gin.
