An English gin, distilled at Herefordshire, from the same company that make Chase potato vodka. This is distilled from organic apples, and has a lovely crisp, fruity flavour.
Sweet with green apple laces, a little liquorice, juniper and elderflower. Perhaps even a hint of toffee...?
Crisp apples up front, slowly becoming juicier, with orange peels chiming in from the side. Dryer near the end with classic gin herbaceousness.
Refreshing with plenty of juniper and citrus.

Far too ethanolic for a straight up G&T. Actually very unpleasant. The 48% alcohol dominates everything. Great for a martini, poor for anything else. Can't taste any of the botanicals......... At close to £40 a bottle, disappointing to say the least
Bought for wife's birthday, she know's her gin this one is the " Tina Turner" simply the best !!!!?
Bought for a friends dinner party the other week, we all had to bring our own gin and this won hands down. Made a simple g & t with lot's of ice but garnished with an apple slice. Amazing story about the owners too, in fact one of the only gins on the market who make their spirit from scratch. A true gem and worth every penny!
I've tried varios gins recently and out of the new ones I've been introduced to monkey47,sipsmiths,Williams,heindricks,tanquery 10 and bulldog I must say Bulldog for me is the best. I'm afraid Williams reminds me of Squires
well I am glad I only bought a small 50cl sample rather than a big bottle. I couldn't even finish this gin and tonic. sorry, for me, totally missed the mark. perhaps sell as an apple vodka.
