Whitby Gin is a London dry expression made with a combination of traditional gin botanicals and ingredients from the coast and moorland close to Yorkshire. One the traditional side, you have juniper, coriander, liquorice and citrus, while on the local side you have heather tip, Yorkshire moors honey and sugar kelp.
Well balanced spice and sweetness from the juniper and citrus, with savoury hints coming through cleanly from the kelp and heather tip.

I grew up in Whitby where this Gin is distilled so may be a little biased! It is delicious, it has its own unique flavour unlike any other gin I have tried.....a few :)
My wife says that this doesn't taste like "ordinary" gin. We both love the viscosity and complex linger on the palate. A surprising complex tipple.
