Wharf created this artisan 'Northamptonshire Gin' using a carefully selected blend of botanicals including lemongrass, elderflower and heather that was distilled in its copper alembic still. The name comes from the Anglo-Saxon 'Safine', meaning juniper and 'drenc', which translates to drink.
Citrus-forward, with a hearty juniper bite and plenty of delicate floral notes.
